I don't think so. Your better off taking a tour bus or a cab around city. I live near Chicago and i sometimes go into the city but when I do, I don't really seeany police giving tours.

yes the chicago police tour the city every day looking for miscreants and criminals they are kind of hard to not notice they are the ones in the white and blue impalas that say chicago police on them
