Definitely. That's the definition of porn; the actors have real sex with one another, nothing is simulated.
Usually, porn features up-close shots on the genitals, so that you can actually see the sex occuring, and not just two (or more) bodies that might or might not be doing what you think they're doing.

In videos, yes. In phototography, usually not. They are usually just posing and suggesting sexual acts, but not really performing them.
This is actually due to a law passed that threatens them with prosecution for depicting such acts, though I cannot cite it offhand. I've seen more and more people publishing porn in violation of that law in recent years. They think it is unconstitutional, but the only way to have it stricken is to be charged with it and then contest its constitutionality.

yea they do...but i have seen one porn many yrs ago where they never did have intercourse. the guy was leaning against the wall and doing the girl doggy style while she was in front of him and you could actually see his penis chilling right underneath her vagina...basically he was just moving her onto the shaft..(dry sex) and she sucked at faking it
