Yes! I went to highschool in Wisconsin and my friend's older sister referred to this guy in her grade as, "Pieface". How funny to see this question after so many years. He had an extrememly round face like a pie. I think that's why they called him that.

maybe that they have some acne,pimples or blemishes,blackheads perhaps.it could mean a number of things.
