Every night I can see her through her window taking her clothes off real slow around right after Jay Leno. She seems to be looking straight at me with a seductive look, I have my lights off so she can't see me but she does this every night, I feel like I'm being violated and she wears those knee high stockings, it is very disturbing then when is totally nude she turns the light off, as if she is teasing me. Should I call the police? Help.

If your lights are off and you're absolutely sure she can't see you, then how do you know she's doing that specifically for you? She may look at your window and see no lights assuming no one is there watching.
Maybe she's looking into a mirror and reminiscing when she was young.
If it's disturbing, why don't you stop looking.
As for bringing law enforcement into the picture. I don't think it's illegal to do that in someones own house. The cops more than likely will see it the way I do: "Why are you looking?"

She's 87 years old. She could give a crap about who sees her or not. Props to her if she still has spunk. You are the sick **** steaming up your darkened window in the wee hours of the night. How long you been watching her? Yeah, call the cops and turn yourself in TODAY! Or ask your boyfriend what he thinks about you peepin on the enemy.

There is obviously no intention in what your neighbor does. Or do YOU not switch off the lights when you have undressed ?
