Where do you think Anna Nicole Smith should be buried? In the Bahamas next to her son (where an extra plot was bought). Or in Texas where the rest of her family is buried?

I think where she will be buried is important to me and others because something similar could happen to us. We can make our wishes known verbally and buy plots, but our families can challenge those wishes in the event of death. So I guess this sends the message that we must all have a will and the will needs to go into details about what happens to our bodies after death.

In the Bahamas next to her son!!! There should be no debate. Her mother is a selfish bit@@ to think anything other than that.

Only Texas is big enough to hold her massive body! The Bahamas doesn't need anymore flotation! They should move her sons remains to Texas after all their both Americans!

As soon as all the test are done ,check her for chemical poisoning . She might have had some help . With all that money hanging in the balance , they should check her son's death too .

I think that it is none of americas business what happens to her, it is disrespectful and unethical to pry into her business. I think that she should be next to her son whom she loved dearly, however it is none of my business or anyone elses for that matter. if this had happened to someone in your town they wouldn't be in the media so why is she?

the law is not clear on that question. however it is important that she be "buried" --that is what really counts. where is secondary? hope it helps.

In the ground. What's the difference? She doesn't care.
