Even if the Comments were posted when the students are not in school?? when they are at home? Where does the schools power over its students end??

Yeah, and yes, they should PUNSH them too!! This crap is hurtful, and should be addressed.

I don't think they should be able to do anything about it, as long as if its a public forum type thing, the name of the school doesn't get involved (bad rep for the school) then its none of the schools business.
They could possibly talk to the students about it, but i'm not so sure about punishing
