its totally creepy.i think this guy keeps on visiting my page.and now he just sent me a message that said i love u and then he put his email.waaaaay creepy.
what do i do?do i just ignore him?or block him.

Block him. How old are you? If you're young and the dude is old, block him for sure, he's probably some sicko. If he's around the same age as you, he MAY be trying to be funny and get yuo intrigued, or he may have found something witty on your page that he fell in love with, and he thinks you are a great person, but for the purpose of not knowing who the heck this is, I'd say just block him. Or email back and say what the hell? and see what his intentions are.

I would look at his profile get his name and such... Then you can block him and with the information you will be able to recognize him faster if he creates another myspace account. Good Luck!
