LT easily.
He's faster, he has better moves, he can catch out of the backfield, and he can even THROW!

If your asking would i rather have the Shawn Alexander of last year or the LT of this year, there isnt a doubt in my mind that i would choose LT, this guy is the complete package, when have you ever seen Alexander throw a touchdown pass. I would choose LT because who was it that broke Alexander's touchdown record a year after he set it? That's right, LT!

Tough question. MVP this year vs. MVP last year. Hmm...I would have to go with Shawn Alexander. Better team, better coaches, better system, better stadium, but LT is a playmaker and Shawn Alexander is just a good pure runningback.

LT. Alexander is only good near the endzone. LT puts up incredible rushing yards. Also he puts up record high throwing and catching yards (For an RB)

LT - no questinos asked. I would rather have Larry Johnson and Frank Gore than Shawn Alexander, also.

LT no question about it. Alexander ran behind two of the best O-linemen in the game today (if not ever). Plus i just don't like alexander

I think enough people have said LT to get the point across. He is the single best back in the league. However, I would take a two back system over LT.
I would want one Bush-style receiver/fast outisde runner, and one McAlister-style power runner any day. (I think that the Saints have a better running system than the Chargers, to be honest. The versatility really seems to destroy opposing offenses.)

Lt! I pick him because of several reasons. He has the best moves I have ever seen. He's outstanding when it comes to hit sticks, trucks and jukes and or stiff arms! He's does his job well and he has very high knowledge on what to do.
