Even if the Comments were posted when the students are not in school?? when they are at home?

Where does the schools power over its students end??

i believe that is the responsability of the parents, not the school. they could inform the parents of this behavior, but i don't see a reason for the school to be responsable for punishing the kids

It depends. If people are saying harsh things about each other online but fights and stuff break out in school then they should be punished but if its just shi't talking and nothing happends at school then they shouldnt get punished.

It depends on what the comments are and who they are directed to. If they are directed to students/staff/faculty then yes. If not then no.

Parents need to parent though...schools/gov't can't be responsible for everything.
