The adjustment is called camber, if you can actually see it, it's way out and needs to be corrected ASAP with a front wheel alignment.

It's also possible that one of the suspension members has been bent. This is fairly common if you hit the curb hard when pulling in or parking.

If you don't fix it soon, it will ruin the tire very rapidly...

Certain vehicles have a steering and front suspension setup that allows for the tires to tilt some during turning. Now, if you have this while the tires are straight, there may be damage to some components of your front suspension. Whether its a bad ball joint, alignment out of whack, or a bent spindle, it all needs to be inspected by a dealership or alignment shop.
Good luck.

If you have a tire tilted in or out far enough that it is obvious to the naked eye my bet is something is badly bent or perhaps even broken. You really need a professional evaluation on this sort of thing. And I would suggest that you can't get it TOO quickly. Anything causing obvious misalignment can be very serious. An abrupt failure could lead to loss of steering control. A very BAD thing.

I agree with Unforgiven Shadow's (?) assessment. It may simply be an alignment issue, but if the ball joint is the problem, the suspension parts may start coming apart while going at highway speeds. Obviously, that would be a dangerous situation.

Take it in to get a full assessment.
