Best (and Worst) song dedications you have received from someone?

Valentine's day got me thinking of this one... Here are mine, Best: "Black No. 1" from Type O Negative from a bf back when I was uber-goth and Worst: "Sex Type Thing" from an ex-bf that had problems with the word 'NO'.

Once I was really down and my sister told me to put on the radio ... I did and I heard the lady saying that it was dedicated to me ... the song was from James Blunt "You're Beautiful". Yes, slightly lame but I made me feel somewhat better. It was a nice gesture.

The worst dedication I got was for "La Cucaracha"... coincidentally, this was also the best... hmmmm...
