Start with Oxi-Clean regardless of grout color.
After that would be bleach, but you should test this in a unseen corner or under fridge first. Might discolor the regular grout.

go to any hardware store and get some grout for any paint stains get white cause the red will stain if anything liquid touches it.

Did you leave the bleach in all night? That would probably work. After doing that, scrub it with a toothbrush.

Clorox color safe liquid. It works on magic marker, it should handle food coloring.
