Well...I don't use them...But I tried it before but it always seems weird 2 me...So unless I wear something that needs a tampon so it doesn't show...I don't wear them!!!

You lay back or sit down on maybe a seat or your toilet, whatever is most comfortable for you. Don't worry, I don't think you're weird, this is just a natural thing for you, and I personally think you need to know. Anyways, find the "hole" to your vagina, and fit your tampon in. MAKE SURE THE STRING IS HANGING DOWN OR IT IS REALLY POSSIBLE IT WILL GET STUCK. MY FRIEND HAD TO GET HERS SERGICALLY REMOVED SO BE CAREFUL!

I lay on my back, try to relax, and insert the tampon. I use the OB brand tampon because the applicators are so inflexible.

You have to read the instructions inside the box. Tampax brand has pictures too to go with the directions. Just follow the instructions. It will go in just trust it.

well i only put tampons in myself when i loose bets in the bars... dont ask... i had to do it once... for a week... how the hell do you women do it? and that was my ***!... i feel dirty talking about it...
