Are there three genders?
Well normally there are two genders. Male and Female. Everyone is born with ONE gender.
So are hermaphordites(born with both gender) the third gender?

If you are born with say the female gender you also have male characteristic's that why men need to connect with their feminine side and woman have to connect with their masculine side to understand each other better and I guess if you look at it Gay's or Lesbians are born balance with both : )
This may be to much for you to understand lol
We are all born with 3 cycles in life and 3 Challenges in life that might be the 3 genders you are looking for
We all have a destiny to fill
Each year we have our Personal Month, Personal Year and our a completion of the year overall.
