The weather might have delayed the shipment of the phone. Call Verizon and get the tracking number. By the way Verizon ships all their phones out Fed-ex. so you really didn't talk them into anything.

overnight shipping doesnt really mean Overnight to YOU
they dont have the phone at customer service)
it means overnight when the send out the phone the order
might have to go the warehourse, they have to printed your
addresss label, that sometimes takes time.
then possible they could have send it via fedex GROUND
cheaper for them
call verizon and ask them for the tracking number

Someone should be providing you the tracking # for your shipment. If "Joe Blow" on the customer service line can get you the info, ask for the supervisor. A tracking # is readily available IF the order was shipped. Once in hand, you can track it @ fedex.com.

Good luck!

It may be late because of the weather and depending on where the phone was shipped from...we have a lot of ice here in MD and I had a package arrive late from UPS.
