What kind of internet server are you talking about.. and moreover how can you download a somehting from the internet without having a internet connection. The best u can do is watever Internet server u are talking about u can ask some of your friend to download it from the internet and then u can get it written into a cd and install it on the computer u want to.. I dont think there any other way to download it.. Happy downloading

Download the software from the computer you used to make the post. Burn the program to CD or DVD or you can use a USB thumb drive to store it. Load the CD or DVD or connect the USB thumb drive and install the program.
Take a look at the Apache HTTP Server if you want a decent free web server.

HMMMMM, I haven't seen a free ISP in some time, the only way to do it is if they have a toll free # or by getting an install CD.
