Who should they keep, get, get rid of?

Let's start with a new Cavs coach. Then get rid of Z, Hughes, Jones, Pollard, for a start. Le Bron can't do it all himself. I am very pleased with Varajeo, Pavolic & Gibson. The latter two, need to be out on the floor more. They have drive & want to play ball. Maybe Le Bron would be better suited playing for the LA Lakers or another winning team. Just my thoughts on the whole thing. Some times they play so well & other nights, they look like a high school basketball team.

I think they should trade Zydrunas and LB for 2 players that now how to "share" the ball then the cavs would be a really good fast breaking team! that way Hughes would be able to even score more & the cavs will record alot more assists.

They should keep LeBron James, Drew Gooden, and Zydrunas Ilgauskas and possible accquire a better playmaker who could dish the ball off to LeBron James and make him look better than he already is, i think they could acquire this playmaker by offering a trade including Damon Jones and Larry Hughes.

wats with ppl saying get rid of lebron? thats just insane! while where at it how bout lakers trade kobe wizards trade gill and denver get rib of AI and melo?without lebron cavs will b bloody close toa lottery team so giv the guy some love if we trade any1 from the starting 5 i say Z, varjao can run Z cant

they need to get rid of ilgausakas and get a better center or someone who can help lebron lead the cavs to the finals. plus ilgauskas is old and tired so i wouldnt mind them him leaving.

they should trade lebron for hinrich, gordon, tyrus thomas, ben wallace, luol deng. thats the only fair trade i can think of involving lebron.
oh wait no. lebron and a second round pick for the Phoenix suns starting lineup. yeah thats fair.

Z and probably Gooden. They need a young shot blocker and another forward who can score reliably, unless they start Marshall.
