Stomach acid can burn through a car, so it can most definately kill a snake.

Stomach acid has pH of 2, as does concentrated hydrocloric acid

Probably, Stomach acid is mainly Hydrochloride acid, which is pretty strong, at least to burn your hands .
So if it burns you, I guess a snake would burn too.
