Is this good enough for photo/video editing? Or is it too small or slow to handle it?

Are you kidding ... of course it can handle it. That was it's key selling point when it came out.

The fact that it has a G4 processor tells you it can handle what you want it to do. If you're simply wanting it to edit photo/video, then you're in luck.

The G4 processor is an exceptional processor and, due to its youth, you should have a pretty hefty machine on your hands.

This computer should do anything you need of it.

not sure -- http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Power_Mac_G4 it probably depends if it was an earlier model or a later one -- check to see how many MHz it has - 350MHz is the lowest and- 1420 MHz is the highest -- the bigger it is the the better chance it will handle photo/video editing

Depends mainly on the CPU speed.
