The only reason why quiet people are quiet is because talkative people don't give them a chance to talk. Talkative People are always doing the talking and Talkers don't ask them question's or give them a chance to talk. This is why there are quiet people.
If you don't want them to be quiet, then start asking them questions and include them in the group. They are not normally quiet, they are just not given the chance to talk or they think that it is impolite to intrupt someone who is talking constantly.

No, it is the people who don't know when to be quiet that annoys me.

They shouldn't annoy anyone. Being quiet is their own preference or maybe it's just how they are. The world needs to be balanced. Therefore, no to your question. Imagine what the world is like if everyone was loud or perfect in general?

I actually like people who "talk too much", they're fun, and I usually chat up a storm with them. As opposed to being around quiet people, where I feel quiet and uncomfortable.
But it's the loud, obnoxious, ghetto people I really can't stand.

To me quiet people are either too shy or think that there are other ways to communicate rather than using words. But there's a hint of mystery there and makes me more and more curious as to what they are thinking about.

No. I'm quiet, but not because I'm shy. I'm just not so full of my own s**t that I have to tell others about it. It's the ones who continually brag about themselves that are TRULY annoying.

No. I see quiet people as refined and assume they have a certain level of intelligence when it comes to knowing how to behave in a refined, polished, polite, manner.
Loud-mouths are the ones who irk me. I see them as brash and crude and in need of attention.
Apparently, the world is divided into the "quiet half" and the "loud half" when it comes to who irks whom.

I'm quiet too so quiet people don't annoy me. I empathize with them because society treats quiet people as if they are abnormal...
