my sin just had a baby and it was an alien so i was wondering is there a cheat or way to delete this baby??

There's no cheat, you have to kill it off.
What's wrong with an alien baby? =(

Try making a wall or a fence around the baby and then it will just die or be taken away. Also try boolProp TestingCheatsEnabled true. Then press shift and click on the baby. With these options you can kill other people, but I'm not sure if it will allow you to kill the baby. Good Luck!

well I found it hard to kill a sims babie because for some reason I don't think they can easily die if they were born healthy.
but just type in 'move_objects on' in the cheat box and then in build/buy mode just delete the baby

There's no cheat. Just kill her off. Take off free will and let her starve to death. Then do the dirty dirty again and you get a new baby.
