Let's see blood rushing places???? In a guy it's obvious where all the blood goes. With women the blood goes to several regions (clit, breasts, vaginal walls) and causes flushing. You may find the site below interesting.
P.S. This does happen to everyone it's just more noticeable in some rather than others.

It's normal and men experience it too. It's called a sex-tension flush and it's occurs when a woman is highly aroused. Not all women experience it, nor do all men, but it happens.

I don't think that this happens to everyone. It's like some people blush easily and/or turn red when they eat garlic or spicey food or are hot from the weather and others others don't
