Don't worry guess what I'm 15, also. I really want to explore further, because I'm still living under my parents' roof & I want to make my life better by starting to upgrade my life right now as a teen

I've gone through some really dramatic events & changes bad things happened & to many others also, of course. But I believe the environment I lived in & my childhood are things that changed me & made me a complete different person that what I used to be. & I believe that it'll stay with me through life as I go through other changes

Hi. First off i am only 15 but dont think of me as some little kid ok? I mean in 15 years i have gone through a lot, but most of it was through my yunger years like when i was 6 or 7. I think my expiriences back then really changed me and made me who i am today. I mean when when i was younger i was signiicantly teased, to the point where i had dog food thrown at me, this was all becasue of my height. Basically these occurances made me scarred for life (in the eyes of the pychiatrist) and the thing was i started analyzing the people around me from the kids in my schol to random strangers to figure out why the judged me and what they saw. I started to really get into looks and such yet in the last 2 years i have become smarter because with analyzing the kids around me and such i started to come up with my own theories, ideas, and otehr such things. This was all caused because of traumatic expiriences from when i was a younger child.

I believe that whatever i kid goes through when they were younger will be with them for life because of those expiriences you begint o learn what is right and wrong or atleast what your veiws are and hopefully those veiws are carried throughout your entire life.

I hope this 15 year old was able to give a decent answer.

No, I've always felt my personality was shaped more from adult life. Living on your own, making your own choices and taking the consequences have a powerful impact.

This makes me believe that anyone can change, for the worse or for the better.

Sure, childhood is important for all people. I don't believe that my childhood was solely responsible for who I am now but it did have a lot to do with it. As we age and grow we change...we constantly evolve.
I think that our childhood is when we learn right from wrong, empathy, sympathy, attachment and how to have healthy relationships...as long as our parents are decent anyway.
My childhood did teach me all those things, it gave me a great foundation to build on.

Childhood added to some of the insecurities I'm experiencing now -- throughout my childhood, my peers would tease me and make fun of the fact that I was quiet. I grew up thinking I was abnormal and it's contributed to the inferiority complex I am battling...

While being a child you are exposed to lots of things, and I believe they do shape your outcome of life. (Ex. being raped at a young age may lead you to not want to have sex later on in life or you may not be able to trust someone. Therefore, you are the person who holds back and is shy?) Just an opinion.

Yes, I do. If you are raised in a good home and practice your religion, you always learn how to be a good person. Believe me. I am a very honest person because the way I was raised.

I believe it played an important part; we were very poor and today I really value what I have and enjoy helping others.

I never had a child hood. As a mini-adult (I'm about to turn 18), it's made me un-trusting (if that is a word) and incapable of getting close to people....well, it's harder anyway.
