Do you have to fill out an abuse report ?
I dont think I should be allowed to fill out an "abuse" report , so to say, but I disagree with statement or opinion made.
How do you give a thumbs up?
I try to click on the thumbs up, but it does not do anything, same with thumbs down.

You can't give thumbs up or down until you are level 2.
Whatever you do, don't fill out an abuse report just because you disagree with someone. Too many people do that and that is not what it is for. Just keep answering Q's until you reach level 2.

You have to be on Level 2 (250 points or more), before you can use the thumbs.

Unfortunately u don't get to do thumbs up or down until you get to level 2. For that you need 250 points.

You can't give a thumbs up or down until you are on level 2.Keep answering questions(+2pts) and don't ask any more(-5pts) and you will soon get there.

Your rating is not high enough. You need to gain a higher rating to rate answers. This stops idiots and children abusing the system.
