Yo all you need to do is ask your self the question WHY? All the time and live in reality and instead to feeling bad or angry look at it like a learning experience. Don't give things more meaning than they are worth. If some one needs to be forgiven you can only do if you can forget what they if. They go hand and hand. If some on cheated to lied to you then you will never be able to forget that. That is something that eat at you. As far as yourself is concerned just treat your mistakes as learning lessons and don't repeat them. If you do that long enough eventually you will hardly do anything bad to your self. Got it.

You're not being oversensitive, you're being human, feeling human emotion. It's what we do after the fact that either makes us or breaks us. Hence, alcoholism, drug abuse, divorce, insanity, incarceration, and finally death. Dwell on what makes your life good, on what makes you face every day. You're going to find alot of things in life that will hurt you or you'll disagree with. And you'll find alot more that will make you happy or impress you, take a little bit of that impression with you everyday, and eventually the hate will dissolve.

It isn't easy to forgive people, especially when they do the same thing to hurt you again.
Someone accidentally killed my daughter. I don't know if the man even felt my hate. But finally I did forgive him. He's still guilty of the act; it's just that I don't hold it against him. The hate would have been more devastating to me than to him. It can destroy a person. We all make mistakes.
