Medal of honour sitting duck!?

Question

I play Medal of Honour on my PC. I am pretty useless, however, I cannot understand how my shots always seem to miss whilst others shoot at me once or twice and I die!
Where should I be aiming?
What weapon should I use?
What can I do to even the balance?

I use the mouse!

I hope you're using the mouse to aim, or you'll never win.

Aim for the head, short bursts of fire.
