put a tampon in the gas tank - the person will never figure out where the problem is until its too late -

Oh LOL!! I saw this episode in the TV show called myth busters and they showed how different substances such as sugar, egg and others when put into the gas tank would have any effect on the engine. And guess what? Bleach kill it the fastest.

So go BLEACH!!

Sugar works if you have enough. It takes more like five pounds in a decent tank to do it, and most people try a couple of shakes. And it takes time to dissolve into the gas.

Anything not oil or alchohol based. Water, for example. Draino. Tar. Any household cleaner would do a number

Most any chemical will harm the engine.... try some MEK..... Methyl Ethyl Keytone.

i work at a car care center and the worst i've worked on and seen was a 04 chevy corvette someone put kerosene in the guys tank talk about a wtf moment dude was pissed when i told him
