I'm not sure how big ur laptop is, or what ur price range is... but here are my suggestions...
www.ae.com (great selection's of tote bags that could most likely hold a laptop
www.hollisterco.com (cute tote bags)
www.abercrombie.com or www.abercrombiekids.com
All of these stores have a great selection of tote bags, acually most tote bags can hold a laptop, tote bags are supposed to be big, so they can hold a lot of things!

Depending on where you shop here are some ideas:
American Eagle- have a great selection and for fifteen dollars. A large amount of space but a logo on it.
Hollister- same as American eagle just Hollister logo on it.
Pac sun: They have HARAJUKA LOVERS bags. More like a messenger bag.
Vans Store: They have some that have their logo on it.
Also Abercrombie&Fitch or Abercrombie, Aeropostal.

Target always has really cute laptop totes. They're pretty reasonably priced too!

llbean.com and landsend.com have cute canvas tote bags. (price prolly about $25)

also vera bradley is classic and has lots of different tote bags and messenger bags

ebags.com has a range of laptop bags to choose from. I have seen cute ones at Target and sometimes BestBuy...Also check out Ross or TJMaxx but that's always a crap shoot.
