you would have to get the cell phone company to do that for you. If you are new user to the company, you have to go register in person with the cell phone company. If you are a customer already, then you will be directed to a customer representative who will activate it for you when you try to use the new phone.. This is when you have one phone and order another thru the mail to your house. And you want to activate the new one or transfer service to the new one.

You need to call the service provider. You should've recieved a 1-800 number to call.
