Yes, there are. But my question is, if you get it, and it's not what you wanted, you are stuck with it. Are you ready for that?
Sometimes what you get is not what you wanted. And you will have to live with it for a long time, cause there is no return clause in spell working.
So, ask yourself... are you feeling lucky? Are you absolutely sure this is what you want and there is nothing here that is going to give you issues further down the line. And if there is a problem, are you going to be able to live with it for a good long time?
If so, then help yourself. Google for a spell or go to the botanica and ask there, and they will give you what you are looking for.
Hopefully it doesn't come back to bit you in the butt. These things have a way of ending up not as you expected.

Love is a spell in itself. A man that trully loves a lady doesn't need much encouragement to marry her, much less a spell. But Harmony Moon is right: Using a spell to force the man to marry the lady is a major no no.

Yes, and I believe a friend of a friend did that. She is now going through a divorce and its only been one year since they got married. He was an alcoholic and abusive before they got married and even the day before the wedding he told her that he didnt want to go through with it, but something made him do it. Now, she is paying the price - he almost killed her one night. He pointed a shotgun to her head and said that he would kill her then himself. He was sooo drunk - I am sure that he would have missed but I guess that marriage spell was the biggest mistake of her life. Be careful what you wish for -- you just might get it!

Why would you want to "Make" a person marry? If the person is not ready, the one way to kill a relationship is to force marriage. I wouldn't recommend using spells to force someone to do anything because it'll come back and bite you in the a$$. You more than likely won't like the outcome. Try talking to the person, and see if they are ready to marry. If not, don't force them with a spell.

Harmony Moon is right. I did one when I was young and STUPID and it came back and bit me in the butt! Ended up in a very abusive situation that was not easy to get out of. Scared me away from serious relationships for several years, then the right one came along, no spell needed.

There are lots of spells out there for everything. But it's best if you write your own. I usually ignore the moon phase, but some people like to do this kind of lovey-dovey love spell stuff during a waxing one (getting bigger... after this Saturday).

There are. But without training in magical arts you won't have any luck in casting them. Best to have soneone that is skilled in such thing to cast one on your behalf...admittedly most practitioners will give some ridiculous excuse about why it shouldn't be done...but there are a few of us that aren't hampered by such foolishness and can be persuaded to cast such a spell....for....well...the right inducement....
