It would be wonderful if we could just do the things you mentioned without a care in the world.
Unfortunately...If we did, it WOULD be considered strange and if we did it often...We would be carted off to the mad house.

I wouldn't say so much. I laugh sometimes just because (you burn calories, did you know that?) and the more I laugh, the hard and more I WANT to laugh. Dancing in the rain has always sounded fun to me, but I've never tryed it. Crying over the beauty of a flower, I'd say is kind of like crying over someone getting married. Now let me ask you this ... is it strange for someone to be crying (happy) while having sex? I've always thought that was kind of odd. Booooooh!

Peace and Happiness.

All humans have their own opinions about stuff like that. To me, I'll laugh at nothing if I feel like it. I'll dance in the rain as long as it falls. I'll cry until my tears are gone. Certain people just react a certain way to stuff. for instance....IM WEIRD AND IM PROUD OF IT...while a girl I know barely laughs unless its at other's expense, she hates the rain, and she thinks she is the only beautiful flower that exists.

There is a limit to everything. I see nothing wrong with doing any of those things in moderation. Crying over the beauty of a flower is a little extreme- unless a symbolic thing.

Because society has established standards for what is "normal" and prescribes behavior that does not fit the "normal" mold as "strange." The solution? Don't concern yourself with what people think about you. Societal norms are always going to exist; if you want to express yourself without infringing upon the wellbeing of other individuals, do so. Be prepared to get stares, but if you really feel that strongly about your emotions, it shouldn't bother you.

It's not strange but sometimes it may be considered disrespectful to laugh if a joke has not been told beforehand.
Laughter without a seemly cause implies mockery of someone or someone's situation.

Most people go from point A to point B with very little show of what they do in the middle.

Because too few people are comfortable with themselves and with the thoughts of others to take the time or the chance to do so.

I would not consider it strange but rather wonderful that you are free to do whatever without hurting anyone.
