Well..Looking to sell my pc and get an everyday laptop..My current pc specs are:

-SIIG CyberPro PCI-Express Com Card
-470 WATT Silencer Power Supply
-1.44M Floppy
-Windows XP Professional OEM Version Installed
-Apevia X-Cruiser Thermally Advantaged Case - Silver
-On Board AC97 Sound {not including monitor}

cpu is good i would keep it you wont get close to getting what you paid its like buying a new car drive it off the lot its worth about half

How much did you pay for it? If you have had it awhile you may want to completely restore it so that it will run smoothly and like new for the buyer. Since you have a large amount of RAM on it, I would make sure you add about 50 dollars atleast. Maybe 350?

It still depends on how used your PC is, but with these specs I'd say about $500 if its in a really good condition.
