How r u ladies handling abstinence/celebacy beside masturbation?

Sometimes it gets rough and I don't favor masturbation. How do some of you get thru feeling the urge for physical intimacy.

(My abstinence is spiritual, fyi)

Abstinence is a peace of cake, going on 4 years now. But when I find mister right and he marries me , it's ON
How do I do it? Faith in God and the desire to please him
