He's a Presidential Patsy. The President is only the mouthpiece of the true power and in my opinion V.P. Cheney is a part of that power. Even is caught in a vice grip of facts proving he lied to America about the war intelligence, he will never be held accountable, even if impeached and booted, he will be pardoned. This whole thing is about money and we used the policy we were doing Iraq a favor by capturing Saddam as an excuse.
