Complete anarchy.

Think about it : it would be like reading other people's minds and all their little dirty secrets, their hidden agendas and they would read yours too.

Is anybody perfect ? Nope.

We all have our own inner life, fantasies, dreams, hidden likes and dislikes and so on. Much of which, I bet lots of for some people actually, would be deemed absolutely unPC and not appropriate.

People are more complicated than they appear. Who does truly understand oneself and face the truth and accept ourselves at times ?

It would suck for most people for only a little while (the truth can be blinding).
I would love it, though.
Pretty much all the problems would be solved in a timely manner.

As it stands now, problems aren't being solved because so many harbor secret selfish motives.
