If he does not like you...why would you even want to bother? There are plenty of other boys around...you will find someone else who DOES like you. Why waste you time on him?

Write him a note or letter telling him how you feel!! After that everything else will either fall into place or it may not go well depending on the kind of guy that he is!!!!! well on the other hand you could just not say anything about it cause you might scare him off if you do!!! Obviosly,you don't.Why would you say I love you to someone who doesn't like you at all.Saying I love you will be a mistake,find someone else.don't jump in to saying I love you.Anyways,how can you love somoeone who doesn't like you.
