Life has presented you with your current situation. You must deal with it directly, without being remorseful about the past or with any anticipation of the future.

Work as diligently as you can on the problems presented to you right now. You can get through this rough patch if you remain in the present and accept what is.

I totally understand how you feel! Its a very rough situation looking after children with ADHD as they are very out of control. My brother has ADHD and so do I and it is awful sometimes especially for you as her mother. My mother used to be exactly the same as you, She used to scream and shout at us! lol.

With your husband working odd hours i think you need to try and have a talk with your husband and see if there is anything he can do to try and change maybe his work hours. If not, then you may need some help from maybe a childminder or something. I think the best way to deal with your daughter, is how ever hard it may seem try not to loose your temper as it sort of eggs the child on to do more maybe out of control things, you need to be more suttle with her and sit her down and try to calm her down every time she is running about or being in a hyper mood. Is your child on any medication by any chance? If not I think you may need to see a consultant or something to arrange maybe some tablets. x
