I wash behind my ears, but more importantly i wash in my ears as well. I'll usually use a soapy washrag and clean out my outer ear canal and the general cavity area and I always make sure to get every nook and cranny. I do not feel clean unless my ears are squeaky clean. And then after I get out of the shower, I always use a q-tip to clean out my inner ear.

When I shampoo and condition my hair, behind my ears get washed. That's good enough.

I wash my ears every time I wash my hair, I soap them up really good and let the shower rinse them clean

i always start from the top to the bottom and i go through everything so i dont miss a single spot not even behind my ears

yes always when i soap the back of my neck and when i shampoo my hair i hit the spot..
