we broke up 8 months ago and haven't talked in four months. we had a really good thing, we dicided to take a break and didn't get back together. why is he callin now after so long?

I wonder the same thing! My ex called me yesterday to wish me a happy v-day. We just broke up 2 weeks ago though and I'm pregnant. He's out of state though..I just didn't see a point in him calling!

He just might want to touch base and say hi and see how you are doing. This is a good thing believe it or not. Be glad he is calling you to touch base.

To pretend like they care about you, but they really don't. They do it to feel better about themselves, see if they still have an effect on you, but they don't do it for you.
