i know it seems weird..but how else can we evolve..why don't we accept genetics experiences and find some new forms of humans..that would be sooo interesting

Liberals would never allow human testing.

Genes are what makes us yes? Then we would need wing genes, most preferably from birds, but we are closer to bats.
And first they would have to make bones genes like that of birds for us to even get off the ground. Bird bones are hollow so they are adapted to flying. Then we would need a genetic structure that would allow wings to grow, probably very painful when they do grow. And a genetic structure that would make us be able to use the wings. You can't just have something and be able to use it without previous genetic inheritence from an ancestor.

There is a difference in evolution and just messing with nature. If humans are meant to fly and genetically develop that way it'll happen under environmental pressures to do so.

Besides, I imagine genetists have better and more socially and financially acceptable projects to focus on. Like curing diseases and mapping disease..

You confuse genetically variation with adaption. We would, under the proper selection pressure and mutational variation, have to adapt our arms into wings, with all attendant structures; both muscular and skeletal. A rather tall order, to say the least.

Because we have planes and helicopters already, which are cheaper and a lot easier to make... Plus, I don't think anyone would like being the "freaks" that would be created during the trial phase... Best to buy a hang-glider, I think...

humans do fly.... when they get high.. lol
I don't think it's possible for the human body to fly.. we would either have to have huuuge wings.. or our body would have to be made light... waaaaay lighter than what it is.. And given that hydrogen is poisonous for us and it would take a huuuge quantity for it to work I don't think science will take us there any of these days.
