If Jim Carrey had an obsession with the number 2797463524.256754 they would probably make a movie about it starring him. He's ~saying~ he has an obsession with it so more people will be confused and go to see it.

If you mean the one of Jim Carrey's face moving around YES. This whole 23 thing is ignorant and like I have said before probably just a marketing stradegy for Dr.Pepper lol. Plus his face in a horror movie just doesn't work.
