I remember that one too, she "makes" the frisbee go on the roof and the little brother tries to climb a tree near the roof to get but he falls. the sister not only tied her shoelaces together, but also slammed the car door in her face instead of helping her.
I don't recall the title though either.

The movie is called Don't Go to Sleep, from 1982. I remember it also, and thinking it was pretty creepy...typical Valerie Harper made-for -tv movie! :) Remember the kid brother was also in Poltergeist, I think.
