How does a college swimmer get named to the All Conference team for their conference championships?

pacific collegiate swimming conference has made their selections for their ALL Conference team. What is the selections process?

It is strictly off of the times they post for their events.

I agree with Gonzo, The people that I noticed in my conference in Wisconsin were the top finishers in one way or another from our conference meet
