you can buy charcoal pills from a pharmacy they neutralise gas in the stomach. you may need to change what he eats. go easy on the beans and cabbage.

There isn't one quick fix for this but chances are you're eating improperly for your body. Gas production occurs when your body cannot fully digest food properly. If it smells bad it means you have a food intolerance to what you're eating. You'll have to figure out what that intolerance is and cut out that food if you want the gas to stop. Common food intolerances are dairy (lactose intolerance), wheat (gluten intolerance), grains, and legumes. Usually a healthier person will poo at least once a day.

heh heh. It's just a diet problem. Try changing up what he eats untill you find out what it is that causing all the gas. Also try and get a bit of fibre into his diet, it could be that he's just all bunged up.
