Tell her that you enjoy making love, not having rough, dirty sex. Maybe you should fulfill her fantasy for her instead. Women these days look for excuses to justify cheating, so I'm sure if she cheats, she'll just use that excuse.

Honesty is always best. Just sit her down and have a serious talk with her about it. Explain that while you realize she would enjoy some rough stuff, it does not appeal to you. Ask her if there's anything else you could try with her instead. Possibly something like tickling with a feather or something along those lines. If this issue becomes a big problem, then suggest sex therapy.
