It's a quantum computer. Current computers use electrical impulses and semiconductors to store and process data. It takes thousands (or millions) of individual atoms to store a single piece of information. A quantum computer is based upon the quantum state of each atom, allowing you to store 8 bits of information on a single atom. A quantum computer would store thousands, or millions of times as much information as a current computer.

Since quantum states change instantly, (not fast.. instantly), a quantum processor would be billions of times faster/more powerful than existing processors.
