I just wanted to find out how is that in your life? Would you risk the stability and satisfaction of your present life for the chance of having your great dream to come true?

This is a perfect time for your to take up yoga. To still the mind and abandon the temporal reality for brief periods is exactly what you have asked for.

Somewhere in between I think, I think we should be happy with the lot we have been given in life but on the same hand its human nature to want to strive for more and get to the next level. Risking everything for a dream is a big extreme that I wouldn't do unless it was a 100% guaranteed win. As if it all goes wrong you end up going backwards on where you are and have to build up again

Life/God/Destiny, they can turn your life upside down in the blink of an eye.
My experience... I've always been the kind of stable person, preferring the comfort of the life I know, over the uncertainty of what could come if I changed something. Still, I'm not satisfied of having taken that position; I'd rather have the guts to take risks once in a while, and maybe live things that could be better for me and my loved ones.

I have always believed that stability is a trap in a human life - once we are satisfied with the present state, we are left with no motive to ascend above it. That's why I've tried for a better part of my life not to look for an easy way out from a situation, or to become passive trough satisfaction. After all, if we live our lives in too much peacefulness and in only seeking good in what is, the life will end and we will forget to struggle with ourselves, thus, we will forget to advance. Stability means to me taking things the way they are, and I don't want that. I want ever to overcome myself.

Really does depend where you are in your life. If you have children reliant on you for everything, then to risk it all for a dream might be a mistake. BUT - once the little darlings have flown the nest, the world's your lobster!!!

Where would people be without dreams and passions. If it is not worth risking everything for, then you have to ask yourself do you really want it in the first place...
