go to settings in the programs menu and there should be a tab or something that says trusted programs or risk programs go to risk programs and find I.E. and remove it from the list
i would switch to firefox cause most spyware dosnt affect it

Go onto the main programs and under double click on norton firewall, under the list of programs fine iexplorer.exe and change to always allow, I did this once before, this will fix it.

goto start / control panel / add remove programs/ find internet explorer and you should have the option to repair or reinstall can't remember which one. once you click on it try that and it should fix it.
