i don't really know. I experimented with that and all i found out was when i jog backwards you jog faster and it isn't as stressful on your legs.

So that is what happened... Darn, now you tell me! LOL! That is too funny, a lot like my hubby telling me if you let a car run in reverse it will take off the miles........... Errrrrr........ I believed him.......... :o(

yes b/c its the same for a car if you drive in reverse you will get your mileage back :-)
