well they are aquarius, so they will be bubbly, happy, hyper, smart (when forced to apply themselves), have an interest in art or drama, argumentative on occasion (sorry), and tend to not think about their actions very carefully.

This is the astronomy section which is a real science.
You want to put that question in the astrology section, which is a pseudoscience, has nothing to do with science, cannot predict the future, and stars and planets do not influence people as astrologers say.
Astrologers are just making money out of the ignorance of people.

1. The child can see the stars in the sky
2. they can see the planets in the sky
3. the gravity from these planets and stars constantly pull on the baby - albeit extremely weak
4. if one of those stars is close enough and it goes nova, it could light up the sky at night.
5. the Sun, which is a star, keeps the baby from freezing to death

However, the time of day and date have little impact on how these effect the baby.

If you are looking for ASTROLOGY ask in alternative.
If you have a scientific ASTRONOMY question you're in the right place.

None! They are hundreds or thousands of light years away! What POSSIBLE influence can they have. The only star that can influence that baby, or any human being is our own star, the sun! Astrology is for foolish (or perhaps no so foolish!) people like Justin Toper and Russell Grant. And for the more gullible among us!

This question is on astrology not on astronomy.

Please keep this pseudo-scientific garbage exactly where it belongs.

The stars and planets have absolutely no influence on us whatsoever.

Absolutely none. Hoe possibly could the stars and planets affect the birth of a baby?

I hope the stars and planets influence the child to have an interest in astronomy and science, and not superstitious nonsense.
